Periodic inspections of facilities.
To achieve the objectives set out in Article 1. ° of the RD 3275/1982, in relation to security, regular inspection of facilities.
These inspections shall be performed at least every three years, possibly with special conditions in the Technical Instructions Complementary to this Regulation. The owner of the facility shall ensure that these inspections are carried out on schedule.
Periodic inspections are conducted by the provincial Ministry of Industry and Energy, or, where appropriate, by Ios competent bodies of the Autonomous Communities or by Associates of the Ministry of Industry and Energy entitled to the enforcement of the provision supply if include among their fields of activity facilities inspected.
