The GoGreen project is an initiative of 24 months financed by the European Commission, under the DG Education and Culture. It is performed by eleven partners from Greece, Italy, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
The project focuses on providing personalized service «Green Training Program», which aims to improve knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs and professionals related to the introduction and effective management of green business practices.
The main objectives of the project include:
-Increase the environmental awareness of employers and managers to encourage their participation in the implementation of sound environmental management.
-Develop training modules and develop an integrated online platform to fully support the SMEs to address environmental issues affecting their business, and train trainers in project partner countries for these modules.
-Provide a work plan personalizadosobre environmental sustainability act as a vehicle of education and guidance for implementation in companies.
-Support for the assimilation of knowledge by staff of SMEs to raise awareness of employees and their job skills.
