OUR HARVEST
This edition of our calender, (well actually we like to think of it as your calender), marks its thirtieth anniversary: thirty years since the first publication in 1987.
Through the years there have been many different formats, writers and contributors who have supported our work and there is no better way to say thanks to each and every one of them than right here: Cesc Biosca, Crea Dos, Xavi Mollà and AFO have expressed their sensibility, artistic vision and technical prowess through the images of this modest little article which sits on our desks, always on hand, every day of the year, while the translations have been lovingly and skillfully crafted by Manolo Requena and Gareth Ede: our sincerest, heartfelt thanks to all of you, because you are all part of INEL’s story and of this calender.
For 2017, the Agrupación Fotográfica Ontinyent presents us with a dozen images whose technical and compositional skill combine beautifully with the emotions they elicit. We’ll let you be the judge but one thing is certain, they all tell a story of one of the pillars of our Mediterranean cuisine, one of the healthiest diets available, and one recognised around the world for its mouth-watering flavours and nutritional benefits: “OUR HARVEST”; your very good health.
